What is the Smoothie Diet?
The Smoothie Diet is such a simple and easy way to lose weight quickly that you’ll never have to think about it again. Just follow the 3-Week Weight Loss Schedule provided with each recipe and get started right away. The smoothies are made in specific order every week so you’ll always know how many of what nutrients or ingredients to use depending on your current nutritional needs:
The key ingredient for Weight Loss: Water. You need water, not calories, carbs or fat. That’s why I suggest starting out with one serving per day of my “Water Fast Plan” which certainly works wonderfully if you don’t enjoy drinking coffee (which comes with 300+ calories per cup).
I also recommend adding at least half a serving of my 5-Step Detox Diet Plan each morning as well since this will keep your system clean without any cravings for sugar or alcohol whatsoever. There’s no reason to add sugar substitutes like they do in drinks today – they’re harmful. It’s time we stop taking just salt from our food; instead we should be eating fresh produce and whole foods which only require minimal processing so there aren’t any toxins leaching into our bodies while preparing the meal! And lastly, drink lots of water!
